Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vigorhaus. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for all customers across the United Arab Emirates.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over AED 100.

  • Orders under AED 100 have a flat shipping fee of AED 10.

  • No hidden or additional charges.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a standard COD fee depending on the courier used (usually AED 5–10, shown at checkout).


⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) are processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality checks

  • Packing

  • Handover to our courier partner

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Ramadan, 11.11, New Year, etc.), processing may extend to 2–3 business days.

If your order requires address confirmation or payment review, processing time may be delayed.


🚀 Delivery Time Within the UAE

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 5-7 business days

  • Abu Dhabi / RAK / UAQ / Fujairah / Al Ain: 7-8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic restrictions, remote locations, or courier delays.


📦 Shipping Methods & Couriers

We partner with trusted UAE delivery providers including:

  • Aramex

  • Shipa Delivery

  • J&T Express

  • Quiqup

  • Bee Express

  • Other certified UAE last-mile partners

Your courier is automatically selected based on your address, package size, and fastest available route.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number and expected delivery window.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after the courier scans the package.

  • It is normal for the status to show “Shipment Created” before movement appears.

If tracking shows no updates for more than 2 business days, feel free to contact us.

 

 

📦 Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may arrive in more than one package.

This may happen when items:

  • Ship from different warehouses

  • Require separate handling

Each package will have its own tracking number.

There are no extra shipping charges for split shipments.


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays

  • Return to sender

  • Additional re-delivery fees

If a package is returned because of an inaccurate address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply. Refunds cannot be issued for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

If you made a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours so we can attempt to update your address before dispatch.


⏳ Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Shipments

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier routing

  • Traffic restrictions

  • Remote area deliveries

If tracking shows no movement for 4 business days, contact us and our team will follow up with the courier.

A package may be considered lost if:

  • It shows no movement for 7 business days, or

  • The courier confirms the package is lost

In such cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Did Not Receive It:

Please check:

  • With neighbors

  • Security guards/reception

  • Building delivery room

  • Outdoor delivery areas

  • Villa gate/doorstep

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.

Wait 24 hours, then contact us if still not received.


📸 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

     

    Contact us within 48 hours

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If the damage is due to courier or handling issues, we cover return shipping costs if a return is required.
